Furtopia is one person in Navi Mumbai who looked at a photo of their cat asleep in a laundry basket and thought: that belongs on a wall.
That is genuinely the whole origin story. There was no market research. There was a cat, a laundry basket, and a mild loss of perspective.
What we actually do
You send us a photo of your pet. We turn it into something you can hang up, drink out of, sit on, or stick to your fridge. Then we print it here in India and send it to you in two to five days.
Why we print in India
Because the alternative is asking you to wait three to four weeks for a parcel from abroad, and then explaining to your cat why her portrait is stuck in customs. Everything is made after you order it, in India, and dispatched within 48 hours.
It also means Cash on Delivery actually works. Pay when it turns up.
The honest bit about returns
Your pet's face is on it. We cannot sell it to anyone else. So we do not take change-of-mind returns — that is not us being difficult, it is just how a personalised thing works.
But if it arrives damaged, or the print is wrong, or it simply is not what we promised: tell us and we reprint it. Free. No argument, no photographs of the packaging, no form.
If the photo will not work, we will say so
Some photos are too blurry or too dark to print well. If yours is one of them, we email you before printing anything, rather than sending you a smudge and hoping you do not notice.
