Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — COD is available across India. Choose it at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

How long does delivery take?

3–7 business days for most of India. Metro addresses tend to be faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email support@furtopia.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (or unboxing video). We'll replace it free, or refund you. Full details on the Returns & Replacements page.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

No — we only take back items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We keep this policy honest and visible rather than buried in fine print.

Do you ship everywhere in India?

We ship across India. If your pin code has an issue, we'll contact you about it after you order.

How do I choose the right size (beds, clothing)?

Sizes and details are listed on each product page. Not sure? Email us your pet's measurements at support@furtopia.co.in before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what fits — including if the answer is "don't buy this one".

Is there a real person I can talk to?
